Please specify the museum, the date, and the number of tickets for each museum and category you want to book.

ACCADEMIA GALLERY, BARGELLO MUSEUM AND MEDICI CHAPELS

Alternative Date: only for the Accademia Gallery please insert an alternative date and time, as these museums are very crowded.
The alternative date will be used only in case the first date chosen is fully booked. The reservation is valid only in the confirmed date written on the voucher.

* 1st, 3rd, 5th Sunday of the month; on each Monday after an opening Sunday
** 2nd, 4th Sunday of the month; 1st, 3rd, 5th Monday of the month
**** 1st and last Monday of the month

Rates include tickets, pre-sale fee and online service fee.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT TICKET

Reduced price tickets (just for European Union citizens)

- Children under 18 years old

Please note you'll be asked to show an identification document at the museum entrance.

People with disabilities and their companion are eligible to a free ticket, providing that they have valid medical documentation of the disability - NO RESERVATION NEEDED.

Note: Online fees (€ 4.75 / € 7.75), pre-sale fees (€ 3.00 / € 4.00) and eventual temporary exhibition fees (about € 3.00 / € 4.00) are always due except for children under 6 years old. (Please do not include children under the age of 6, people with disabilities and their companion in the booking request. In these cases tickets will not be necessary).

There is a service charge for every further modification of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY - TICKET RESERVATION ACCADEMIA GALLERY, BARGELLO MUSEUM AND MEDICI CHAPELS
In case of cancellation, please contact us.
If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 8.75 Euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

TICKETS CANNOT BE MODIFIED, CANCELLED OR REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PLEASE NOTE:
The confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; the museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out. In case you have restrictions to point out (for example not later than ... or not before than ... ) please write them in the Notes section. If no restrictions are specified, this means you are open to accept different entry times.

As soon as we receive your booking request, your tickets will be booked. Ticket confirmation is subject to museum availability. If availability is confirmed by the museum, the original voucher will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided, so be sure you insert your e-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entry.
The procedure may take a few hours. In case the order is submitted on a Saturday, after 12,00 pm or on a Sunday, vouchers will be sent on Monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for Saturday afternoon. In this last case the voucher will be sent on Monday morning anyway.
