Afterwards, in our professional kitchen, you will try your hand at preparing lasagna made with fresh pasta, meat ragù, and béchamel sauce. And of course, no Italian meal would be complete without one of the country’s most famous desserts: tiramisù!
Once everything is ready, you will enjoy the lunch you have prepared with your own hands, accompanied by an excellent selection of red wines and a sweet dessert wine.
You will also receive a digital recipe book to take home.
PLEASE NOTE: on Sundays and public holidays, the Central Market is closed. On these days, the market visit will be replaced by a special introduction and an additional tasting at the cooking school.
