Booking tickets with Tuscany All is very simple. Just few steps:

- Fill in the form with your personal datas, specifying the museum, the date, and the number of tickets for each museum and cathegory ticket you want to book.

• click on CONFIRM
• read carefully the short summery and check if information are correct
• insert a credit card datas (secure server)
• click on SUBMIT

A copy of your booking request will be sent to you by e-mail authomatically. As your tickets are booked, the original voucher will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you wrote on the booking form, so be sure you insert your e-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entry.

PLEASE NOTE:
Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museums automatically confirm the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
Entry to the Uffizi Gallery is available every 15 minutes! Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice. Reservations are limited to 25 people maximum.

Tuscany All is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. A service charge equal to € 4.75 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online with Tuscany All. (Temporary exhibition fee, when required, added).

Service will be charged for every further modification at your reservation. Service fees (€ 4.75) and eventual temporary exhibition fees (about € 3.50) are always due.

Please notice you'll be asked to exhibit an identity document at the museum entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY - TICKET RESEVATION

From booking to 4 days before the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 8.75 euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE.

NO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF TICKETS IS ALLOWED.
SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GROUP GUIDED TOURS

If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour, penalty charge will equal 10% of the gross total.
If the cancellation is made from 8 to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will equal 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made less than 3 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is 100% of the price paid.
