How to get to Florence?

When organizing your trip to Florence, take into account that there are two airports that will allow you to arrive directly in Tuscany. However if your flight arrives in Milan, Rome or Bologna there is no problem, in a maximum of 2 hours by train you can reach Santa Maria Novella Station located in the historic center of Florence.

FLORENCE AIRPORT - PERETOLA (FLR): Its name is Amerigo Vespucci Airport also called Peretola Airport, it is located about 10 kilometers from Florence and from here you can easily reach Florence.
Volainbus - Airport Shuttle: This bus covers a direct route, without stops, between the Florence airport and the Santa Maria Novella train station, with a duration of about 30 minutes. This service operates from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with outputs every 30 minutes and every 60 minutes from 8:30 p.m. to 00:30 a.m.
Taxi: Outside the Florence airport and the train station the Santa Maria Novella is the taxi stop.

PISA AIRPORT - SAN GIUSTO (PSA): Its name is Galileo Galilei International Airport. It is the most important airport in Tuscany and is located one kilometer from Pisa. It is an important gateway for those interested in visiting Tuscany and central Italy.
Train: The Pisa Airport station is located between the terminal and the P2 parking lot. The train journey from the Pisa Airport to the Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence takes approximately one hour and departs one train every half hour.
Terravision bus: The Terravision bus service runs from the Pisa Airport to the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence and lasts about 70 minutes. Regarding the train, the frequency of buses is higher.
